Bensalem Township Country Club is Hiring a Bartender Near Bensalem, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment

- RAMP certified

- Knowledge of retail math, basic math, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Understanding of brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beverages
- Experience in banquet or food service settings is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
